Support Chapter membership and foster confidence in the chapter's leadership and organization by establishing a structured program targeting professional development. The focus will be on the following areas to accomplish the objective:

1. Bringing in speakers who can disseminate systems engineering (SE) knowledge and experience.
2. Providing forums to foster collaboration in SE practice, education and research.
3. Demonstrate and practice professional standards for integrity in SE.
4. Improve the professional status (image) of the chapter by demonstrating a well-organized program plan.
5. Provide a chapter program that encourages governmental, contractor and industrial support of the chapter.
